I am really now at that point of saying my last words and close my account with FNB this afternoon I am at my worst annoyed by the service and certainly see now why most people have issues when it comes to banking with them

15 Nov 2020, 00:35A lady by the name of Nthabiseng Naapo called me on Friday promised to call me back again Saturday 1st thing the bank opened well I had to wait for the stupid call now makes why this bank is the one with most unhappy clients and I guess training given upon employment is that customers are treated like nonsense and no remorse felt
