Time to find a new bank... after 13 years!
I am unhappy to pay unnecessary and EXCESSIVE bank fees for transactions that shouldn't even be attempting to run on my account. After a long chat with FNB agents today, they have no interest in even trying to resolve things with me but simply don't care that I've lost hundreds of rands in bank fees. Something that could have been resolved. I am moving all four of my bank accounts, and the one I was going to open next week will be opened elsewhere. I am done, after 13 years of faithfully banking with FNB, I am walking away and going elsewhere...
