Time to change Banks!

In 2013 I went under debt review. Recently I paid off all my accounts in full and gor my clearance certificate from my debt counselor. I sent this to FNB who advised me that they can not accept the certificate as I still have an outstanding temp loan with them. After contacting them, my debt counselor and some further investigation it came to light that FNB never disclosed this amount to my debt counselor when I first went under debt review! This amount is now technically classified as prescribed debt. I contacted their so called "Premier" department twice via email and my debt counselor has been in contact with their debt review centre. The only answer I keep getting is that they are awaiting feedback from the debt review department! I think it is time to a bank where a "Premier" client actually gets 'Premier" service.
