Time to bank elsewhere
I was charged R250* 2 for a slow lounge access even though my app states I have 4 complimentary visits. Now I am told by Bongi from ebucks who was very rude I was charged because I used my premier card and not private card. The app did not specify which card I was supposed to use. Any logical person who feel that they need to use their new card. I cannot be held liable for Fnb app not providing valid and specific information. If Fnb cannot provide a good service to its clients and have personnel who offer a friendly service and show that they value their clients, then I might as well look for another bank!

I am not accepting your resolution below.
I was entitled to complimentary slow lounge access as per my app. Fnb stating the fees will not be reversed because the wrong card was used is not a valid response. Your app should provide concise and transparent information. The fault is with fnb and ebucks.
I am not accepting the outcome below. Please reverse the charges or escalate my complain to the correct department. Furthermore your agents including your ‘supervisor Bongi’ that called me yesterday should not be so rude and be more respectful to clients and I will be lodging another complain regarding this!
