Time Lines For Home Loan Application

I really need help with my home loan. We app**** for home loan on the 25 June 2019 at night. We got the email for the approval in principle on 28 June 2019. Now when I call we are told that the property is under evaluation which can take another 2 days, after that final offer which may take another two days, this takes to towards the end of next week which is a really long time to wait compared to other providers. My problem is that we already have an approval from another provider, and we need to compare the two offers but my offer with another provider is expiring on Tuesday 02 July 2019. I am an FNB private client but the other provider still gave us better interest rate compared to FNB. But I was told that this is not the final offer and it might change with the final offer. We really need to find out FNB final offer before 02 July so that we can make an informed decision. Please help us.
