Time has come

I have been banking with FNB for the past 10 years. In the 10 years i started getting loans from them 3 years ago and i have been paying them to the last cent as they are not more than R8 000.00. I even at times settle my loans before the loan agreement ends but they can never ever give me the loan they always SMS me about to consolidate my debt and have 1 installment. It baffles me that you have a Personal Banker who i know will call me and offer me nothing after he seeing this review. The one time my son was sick and i needed an overdraft the banker came back with nothing for me.Like really and truly who does it cater for? i want to be one of those clients that they assist how do i do that? Now today they took a payment for a loan that is due tomorrow when i call i am told it is always taken on the 24th of every month like really whilst the agreement says 25th. I dont even know why i am loyal to this bank oh and the bank fees WOW
