TIME AFTER TIME

Very sadly, my mother passed away on 23rd November 2023. My mother's policies, payable to her 4 children, were with First National Bank. We received the first monies about 9 months after she passed. To date, we still have not received the balance. I keep getting told that SARS is the reason why. Tax season is over. FNB gave us a reference number, which should have been handled by now. Twice I have received a message that they are working on it. I don't think this is a professional response. Working on it, means there should have been some sort of outcome by now. It's literally been 1 month short of 2 years, since my mom passed away.
