Tilly rescued me from that OTHER bank
I went into FNB wanting a statement to take up a loan at that OTHER bank where they gave me so many loopholes to jump through but when I got to FNB Tilly was more than helpful. It's like he knew I was already dreading my move to Nedbank and he gave me the perfect reason to come back. My Loan was sorted in less than 36 hours. Now that's what I call SEAMLESS customer service. Tilly made me realise what a great bank FNB was and it's because of Tilly that I realise that home is where the heart is. Can't wait to go back to the BEST BANK EVER... Thanks Tilly you deserve a BELLS
