Ticketing system- rediculous waiting periods

<p>I have recieved a ticket at the cape gate fnb branch. Ticket advised that the estimated waiting time is 21 mins i have now been waiting for almost an hour. There are only 3 consultants assisting clients. Various clients have been complaining but nothing is done about this. At least increase the waiting times on the tickets if its going to change so drastically from the estimated time. I am not pleased at all with the service this branch has provided me as the waiting times are always rediculous at this branch. I will be closing my fnb account.</p>
