Tick tock and wait

I ordered my bank card from FNB East rand mall through Tshepiso and she advised that it will take 3 - 5 working days for the card to be delivered. I received an sms on Friday 8 Nov asking where i want my card to be delivered and i rep**** Eastgate. Today i get to Eastgate and my card is still gathering dust with UTI, they assisted me to contact them and im told they didn't get a response further to that Phumla with no care in the world says i have to wait another 3 - 5 working days, at who's inconvenience??? Its not my concern that FNB does not share the same process of advising their customers. Im very angry at this whole confusion and very inconvenienced by it.
