I'm giving a huge thumbs up to a lady at FNB by the name of Rosseata Matlala. I had a problem with my home loan finalization and she clarified everything to me very calmly and took her time to even escalate the matter to the right people. She had resolved a matter that was lingering for a while in just a matter of a day. I would like to say Rossetta knows her job and its people like her whom deserve the service excellence awards.
