Thumbs down poor service call center people #disgusted

Never in my life have I ever got such bad service from these call Center consultants ,Siya,Silezi,Paballo and the other did not even bother to give me her name these people they forget they up there to help us out and we spending money on airtime to call,I too work with people and I make it a point that I help a person to the best of my abilities so was expecting a service that I too give out,glad I changed banks I won't name it but atleast they treat people well
