On 19-05-2015 Spoke to Sthembiso and she gave me an undertaking that 6 months of service fees will be written back if I keep my account open. This was to end at the end of October 2015. So I agreed.<br> Today I call @ 12:28 to close the account only find out that the fees were not written back and no evidence found. I also cannot close my account until I have paid the R 56.40.<br> Howz that for service!!!! All I want to do is close this account
