THULI MAHASE MUST BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE

USELESS!!!! Blocked my online profile for absolutely no reason. The lady in the Herm**** branch could not figure out why and CONVENIENTLY informed me to wait 48 hours and then check again. Passing the buck. Lekker man. Tried after 48 hours. Could log in ONCE before my profile was blocked AGAIN. Went into the branch.. they do not know why. It has been a MONTH and this morning I was informed by Nkanyiso (he does not want to give his surname) at ***** that one THULI MAHASE of the ***** detection department blocked my online profile FOR ABSOLUTELY NO REASON. Thuli Mahase was supposed to give a reason why, but faithful to the absolutely uselessness of FNB personnel she did not. Just blocked it because Madam Mahase feels like it. How many times do you want me to go in to a FNB branch to speak to CLUELESS personnel who are unable to assist before you FIX THIS PROBLEM? Best of all? I am not the only one... same happened to my dad and a client of mine. Seems like you're employing illiterate, uneducated (in the system) people who like to press buttons for absolutely no reason at all.
