Thulani Simelane is FNB's Final Arrogant Word

Thulani Simelane is arrogant and doesn't want to listen. I have an account that I settled a long time ago but according to him it cannot be removed from Credit Bureau since they don't have proof that it is listed on Credit Bureaus as a default. I don't know who is responsible for removing listings on Credit Bureaus but according to Mr My Word is Final he wont take my word for it. I have a even requested a paid-up letter to be safe but it is not proof enough. I don't think this guy knows what he is talking about and his attitude is stinking and he does not even give you a chance to speak. I don't think I will ever deal with FNB if this is the type of training they provide. I was polite until I was triggered to react. I am beyond irritated with your pathetic employee. He kept me on hold for 10 minutes claiming his supervisor is in a meeting. He never even came back to me to tell me if he is succeeding in finding a team leader or manager.
