Thulani saves the day.
I have been frustrated by processes that didn't go smoothly at FNB while trying to link my PayPal account to a new FNB account- as I'm not a FNB customer. I've spent a few hours in queues and on email, but finally got someone to sort my issues out today: Thulani at the Westgate branch.
He knew what he was doing, was super confident, and troubleshooted with me the issues that were witholding me from doing what I wanted achieved. He was friendly, and I hope his peers learn from his mad s****s.
