Thrilled with new "nav" feature

<p>The "nav" feature on the banking app is fabulous! Just a few clicks and hey presto, my new car licence disc arrived via courier today. It was super easy and I was spared from standing in a queue at the post office, filling in forms etc etc. I was kept up to date with each step of the process via email and delivery was a day earlier than estimated.</p> <p>Keep up the great work FNB! Thank you for making my life easier! Super happy :)</p>
