Three months, still no card and now no record of my application for an upgrade

I have all my accounts at FNB including homeloan and business accounts. It is impossible to get someone to assist me in my needs. I qualified for an upgrade and I have been trying for three months to get this card. The card was meant to be delivered in August and the card was lost in transit. Then it got cancelled and I reapp**** and I got no notification of where it was. Then I complained and got a phone call and reapp**** and as of today I still don't have the card so I phoned again and they lost record of my many applications. I also asked for a reference number at the end of my phone calls only to be told that I will recieve it by sms. I have not recieved an sms. Why can't you provide me with a reference number on the phone so that I have some kind of proof that I app****?
