Threats to freeze my account
Your sms states that my account will be frozen after 30 days if I don't provide proof of residence or an ID for my VERY OLD ACCOUNT? You accepted all my docs when you OPENED the account, what can possibly be wrong now? Let me tell you something, I WILL CLOSE MY ACCOUNT AND FIND ANOTHER BANK. You will NOT threaten me. My docs were in order when I opened my account and I will not send them to you every year. I don't need your incompetence to complicate my life, find yourselves another customer.
