Threatening to freeze my accounts even though supp**** KYC documenation

So FNB conducted - AGAIN - a random KYC documentation request. Long story short... after confirming my documentation in order they now threatening with closing my account because of outstanding documentation.

I am working from home earning income from my own entrepreneurship endeavors and traveling while doing so. Apparently FNB can only accept customers who stays at a fixed address and work for an employer regardless of the so called digital nomad lifestyle that is now becoming very common. Either that or they are to *********** to process the documentation provided.

I submitted all documentation and income declarations in a way as required by my semi unique situation and was confirmed by my Private Wealth bankers to be in order.

If FNB carries through and freeze my accounts in 2 days leaving me stranded in Mozambique where I currently am I will not take this lightly. I have time and resources to to widely publicise this kind of treatment.

Please attend to this urgently.

Still no one assisted and my accounts are set te be frozen tomorrow. If they do carry through with freezing my accounts please note that I will be closing my FNB accounts and move to another bank.

Update. I contacted a banker via the secure messaging app and they called KYC department who verified all is in order. This does put me at rest though all was already confirmed in order weeks ago but still I get the emails regarding outstanding docs and account freeze.
