Threatening of Debt Collectors

I have been with FNB for around 4 years now, never have I felt so angry and worthless to them. I received a message this morning stating that “there seems to be an amount outstanding on your FNB PREMIER C/Card. Please contact Barrett & Associates to resolve this. Call (011) ********** , ***”. I have been sick at home due to a bug for 3 weeks and worked 1 week in January. Never have I missed a payment on my credit card, but January seems to be a difficult and weird month. FNB is now, threatening me to get R900 or hand me over to debt collectors over this? I’ve called the credit card department over 7 times and 2 of the consultants have said that they will push my debit order further so that the end of this month my debit order would be doubled. I am appalled and disappointed. I’m going to cancel my normal as well as my credit card accounts with FNB because all I have been having is stress with all these accounts with people that are unable to help you in any situation.
