Threatening and bullying

<p>My wife is in arrears with a fnb loan due to the fact that she was unemployed for some time. When she started working again. She informed fnb that she would make payment of R250 a month towards the loan because she also had to try and pay some other accounts. The last 2 months FNB would deduct 2 debit orders 1 for R250.00 and 1 for R250.01. When she reversed the 1 debit order for R250.01 they phoned her and threatend and bullying her into changing the debit order to R320 otherwhise they could take whatever they wanted to. She had no choice but to agree. Yet this month again the took 2 debit orders again. 1 for R250.00 and 1 for R250.01. Why phone her and threaten her to up the payment and then still debit 2 debit orders.</p>
