THREATENED WITH LEGAL ACTION FOR R0.23 CENTS

I had a revolving loan from FNB and paid it up about 6 months ago, since then the funds have been available however, I havent' made use of it. To my surprise when accessing my app, I received a message "Pay R0.2 now to avoid legal action on your revolving loan. Click on Pay Now to make a payment or Call *** to make a payment arrangement. Absolutley Laughable that on the next page, they offer me a pre approved loan of R300 000. I called the private client number *** at 10:20 and was told by this consultant that I need to pay it in. How damn ridiculous is this. I used the amount on the 11/09/2019 and paid it the full amount on the 27/09/2019!!!
