Threatened by the bank to suspend my card

Yesterday I received an SMS from FNB saying that I need to submit certified copies of ID and Proof of Residence or else they will suspend my card.
I phoned FNB this morning to find out why I need to this because, FNB does not communicate with me. I was transferred from department to department with no assistance.
Two months ago, I also had a problem with FNB placing debit orders on my account without phoning me first. I do not understand why they did this because I had made payment two days beforehand.
I emailed them regarding this and I received no response. I also had to phone in 4 times to have my cellphone number changed because, the consultants did not do what I ask!!
I have never been so disgusted with a company's customer service. They make absolutely no effort to communicate with me and then they threaten to have my card suspended and take money without my authorization. I feel that if I am expected to pay the account, they need to communicate with me and give me good service.. I have had constant problems with FNB since the day I opened my account and regret my decision to bank with them. They control my account as they please, without my consent!!
