Received sms on 22 April threatening suspension of accounts due to FICA compliance issue.<br> Called number given - had discussion.<br> Emailed [Email Removed] tonight explaining that docs were submitted in December 2014.<br> Complained in mail that our preferred communication method is e-mail, not SMS.<br> <br> Guess what?<br> <br> Mail bounced due to mail box being overloaded.<br> <br> This at a time when FNB sales staff are in a very unprofessional manner trying to gain more business out of me, but that is another topic altogether.<br> <br> I sincerely hope that you do NOT suspend my account, and that a competent and responsible person communicates with me in order to resolve any issues.<br>
