This would of been a compliment but went sour...

I was at the licensing department the other day ready to renew my drivers License when I realized I had outstanding fines. I logged onto the FNB app to pay my fines, which was not working at first but eventually accepted my payments - I was so relieved as I was already in the queue for 2 hrs.. so all I could think was Thank you FNB for having a app for my my fines, how convenient! Until I checked my internet banking and I saw the one fine went off twice (same reference number) ! I called FNB to get the charge reversed (the lady knew it went off my Credit Card) , so she sent me a reversal form. I then read through the form and it clearly states NO reversals on CREDIT CARDS! Also the reversal fee is R225 what is the point of me trying to get my money back!! The fine was only for R250! Its my money and You guys have ****** it from me that's how I see it realistically!! NOT acceptable!! This is why the banks are so rich!
