This will reflect badly on my part.

Firstly I am a big fan of FNB they are professional and always friendly, sadly this experience is turning out to be very painful and the result will be negative to my name. I app**** for a small personal loan and in doing so selected the pay back date as the 25th naturally because that is the date I get paid. Somehow the date that pulled through was the 20th and I was not aware with this there was not enough available funds so the debit bounced and I was charged double interest. I contacted the call center and was told that they would amend the date and the interest will be corrected, 3 days and 4 consultants later after I was told it would be done, it still is not done.
