This will be my last time banking with FNB

I am on this platform for the second time because of an FNB employee named John Volmink, who is investigating two seperate matters regarding my own account.

Initially I received no correspondence and my account was frozen, where the ***** department could only convey messages to these back office employees.

On the 15th of December 2022, I was ****** and held up, and taken to a remote informal settlement somewhere near Lawley. The suspects transferred my entire month's salary (a bank account that is not FNB), to my FNB account, where two trasnsactions were made to withdraw/E-wallet money out of my account.

The suspects were arrested and identified, with my cards and personal belongings recovered. A case number has been provided to Mr Volmink.

Of course, my immediate action was to call the bank where my salary was transferred from to stop/reverse the transaction to FNB. This was not possible and I was advised that the card and account be frozen. My salary bank account also asked FNB to freeze my FNB as this was used to channel funds to my e-wallets.

Today, my bank account with the remains of what's left of my salary is in my FNB account who have again frozen my account. I am the only person working in a house of 4.

Mr Volmink sent me an email requesting information. I rep**** with 8 attachments which support my version. No response has been received.

Upon visiting my branch for verification and requesting to unblock my account, I was told by an agent, who explained that my account/online banking is blocked due to this case above, as well as some **** involving my account.

FNB has access to all my statements, were any suspicious payments made that I don't have record of? I provided enough evidence for this ******* to come to an end.

I was told that the only way to get help is to contact the investigator (Mr John Volmink), who conveniently hasn't responded to any of my emails.

This is victimisation. This cannot be okay. How am I supposed to wake in the morning and figure out how I can get bread today.

So what is it FNB? Am I guilty of being a victim of a crime, which is on record? Am I guilty of receiving any funds that I can show proof of? If my account is involved in a ****, how do I become the fall guy for some **** issue, where to date, I have not received a single update.

This will be my last time banking with FNB
