<p>Today my sister went to first national bank to deposit money to someone she owed. It was outside at the atm and it took in the money but gave an unsuccessful slip. She then went into the branch in aiken street and they told her to sit by their no helpful consultants and fill out paperwork. They then told her to wait 24 hours. She is now in trouble with the person she was paying. Why the hell do you ******* do not fix your atm but are taking money from your clients. You do not care about the public, how do we get the money to pay the person. She now want to **** herself. As for the manager " you sir are a waste of time, truely useless" that money is not the banks money. Give it back, look a your cameras fools. FNB is not a bank to assist. You put yourself in her shoes. Selfless banking. You should be closed down. Aiken street branch cares for lunch time only. </p>
