This whole FNB Connect needs to be worked out and documented more clearly. I have been **** to!

<p>I was told in the branch at brooklyn that getting the conexis X1 would raise my ebuck reward level by counting towards the "FNB Connect" catagory in the ebucks reward scheam. To my shock this month I realised that not only is that false, but they had also pledged me twice (R1500.00 x 2). And then ontop of that, was told to go to the branch to undo their mistake. Sat at the branch for +2hours, the lady literaly phoned the same number I did, and told me that I will have to wait +-5 days to get my money un-pleadged.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am not happy at all, I have been **** to, and the documentation on the website doesn't properly explain!</p> <p> </p> <p>I have had such a great experience with FNB until this whole phone thing came into play.</p> <p> </p> <p>- Unstable data rates</p> <p>- Double pledging my money with out my permision</p> <p>- Unable to correct issues via the phone even though the person on the phone can see that the error was made</p> <p>- Buying a conexis phone doesnt count towards the ebucks level. After specificaly asking and being told that it does.</p>
