this transaction is not permitted on one of the specified accounts

Never deposit money into your savings account because you will get this frustrating error "The transaction is not permitted on one of the specified accounts." Meanwhile, on the simple Capitec, my sister is able to withdraw money from her savings account from back and forth while FNB gives this error!

She thought it was a good thing to take money into savings account, but it's been months since she haven't been able to withdraw anything from the savings account!

Any help clearing this up would be appreciated!
