'This transaction is not permitted on one of the specified accounts

I need access to my money and I'm outside the country (Mozambique) but FNB app keeps on saying 'This transaction is not permitted on one of the specified accounts'... This is so frustrating. Can someone please assist me via whatsapp call or email or call me directly.
