This transaction is not permitted on one of the specified account

I keep getting an error "this transaction is not permitted on one of the specified accounts" when i try to transfer money from my savings to my easy account. I called fnb and i was transferred back and forth for over 10 min with no assistance at all. i still cannot access my money and none of the consultants knew anything about the error, this is really unacceptable. I went to FNB Dube the lady said I must come with my ID. I explained to her that I am still waiting for it from home affires can't they use my thumb to check what's wrong with my account and I was even sick on that day, but she refused and told me that I need to bring cause they must protect themselves if it's ***** to my surprise what ***** cause I only had R350 of which it was deducted while I couldn't access it I saw it was R285 how come deduction if account is blocked A friend send me in same blocked account R325 its in my account but still I can't access it and I am waiting to receive my smart card... It's really sad because I can't even buy food with my small money that is on my fnb account I am really disappointed with FNB.. Because i never received any sms or telling me that my account will me blocked... I went there I couldn't even get help
