This transaction is not permitted

I’ve been getting the error “this transaction is not permitted on one of the specified accounts” for 2 weeks now and I still can’t access my money. When I call FNB they transfer me to an available agent but they then keep it quiet and I would say hello for and wait for long with no one responding back. I even finished R80.00 airtime trying get help. They don’t even care that you’re using losing airtime. I regret registering for this easy zero nonsense in the first place.
