FNB EDG Multi PRoduct-I DONT KNOW ABOUT THIS!!!

My credit report reflects this product as an enquiry from FNB.I never app**** for anything at FNB but this is now affecting my score.

I'm in a process of getting a homeloan so please get this rectified urgently.
