This is unacceptable

I reported *****ulent activity on my bank account on the 24/11/2023 and until today nothing has been done. They decided to cancel the debit card after the ***** transaction had been doubled from R3000 to R6000 and I was told my case will be assigned to an investigator in less than 32 days.
