This is terrible service from FNB!!!!! second month in a row!!!

This is terrible service from FNB!!!!!

On 22 March I logged a complain about my debit order dates that has been changed from the 4th of each month to the 20th of each month (after I explained that i did not change it). A lady phoned me back, but could not help me as my account stated that i was in arrears on 22 March ( the faulty debit order that went of on my account was 20th) the consultant was unable to assist me and said that she will monitor my account. I asked her to change my dates back to the 4th of each month.... she said she will only be able to after my account has been paid up to date. so on 30 March i paid 800 in my credit card and phoned them to change my dates back to the 4th..... The lady said it has been changed!!!! clearly FNB does not know what is going. So a few days back i got an sms stating that my payment is due on 29 April. I phoned in and requested to speak to a manager about this debit order, the lady that spoke to me put down the phone on the desk and laughed with her fellow other employees.... Nobody helped me at all!!!!

so today my Boss decided to pay us early (normally we get paid on the last day of the month), when my pay came in FNB Debited directly off my account ( my account was not in arrears as i paid 800 rand for the hoped payment that was not my fault on 30 March) Today the deducted 449 and on 29 April Monday they will take R1200. Clearly a bad excuse for service!!!! double payment on my account!!!! I used to like FNB. But these past two months i had the worst experience.... If someone could assist me in debit order department it would be nice. I never want to open an account with FNB again.......................... I would not recommend anyone to get a credit card at fnb soon
