This is stupid and uncalled for

I receive a call from Peral who says she is from Revco. Firstly she has stinking attitude, secondly she thinks she has all to make customers stupid.<br> <br> WHY are you closing the account in the first place? I tried severally to make payments at the ATM with no success, the money bounce back to me. I went to my bank to make a stop order, the money bounced back. I phoned FNB and this Revco thing to request for any other account number i can use to make payments, to date no one has helped.<br> <br> ALL this Pearl does is to call me and threaten me. Who the @#@# is this? I owe your FNB, and I acknowledge the debt. But to get it difficult to make payments? Why is it so difficult to open that account so i make a payment? Anyway, the account has 0 balance, it is not like i will use the card. <br> <br> The nature of my job does not allow me to go to the bank and make a payment inside, i can only do so after 17:00 or on Sundays. <br> <br> Open that account i want to make a payment at the ATM,. otherwise do what you want to do and stop harrassing me Pearl.
