This is not the bank for me

I opened my business bank account 3 months ago with FNB. Tomorrow morning I am closing it. Reason being that everything is a hassle at FNB. I lost track the number of times I was locked out is my banking app. Not to mention how many times my internet browser got unverified while trying to do online banking. To get things to work you have to jump through 10 hoops. I admire anyone who stays with FNB. Either you are a sucker for punishment or you do not know any better. But this is not for me. Standard Bank here I come...
