This is not a heart transplant. Simple debit order reversal on customers request

Trying to reverse a debit order with this bank is like asking them to do a heart transplant. Being pushed from pillar to post and end up spending money trying to resolve this. I’m not asking for a kidney donation here. I just need a debit order reversal.
