THIS IS MY SECOND COMPLAINT ABOUT THE SAME ISSUE

Hi i need assistance with the following issues. Your ladies namely, Adel, Lindelwa and Vivian are clueless and disconnects from chats prematurely as they ar incompotent and really have no clue: The following refunds were processed by takealot on the 10th September. I need to know when this would reflect. R 2379 to my credit card and R439 and R369 to my virtual cheque card. There is also a credit pending of 267 which has not cleared on my credit card and this has been processed on the 04th September. My credit of 2379 has reflected as pending on my credot card yesterday but now no longer reflects. I need assistance please. FNB please properly train your staff!!!
