This is how service should feel like...BIG UP,MPHO
Today I was serviced on a golden platter by FNB branch consultant MPHO RAPHATA.She was really helpful,great attitude,big smile and built rapport with every client she assisted from where I was sitting,You can imagine on a Monday after holidays and she maintains to give great service,I doubt not that FNB is indeed a bank to use and be loyal customer to,She explained and sold the bank to me,I am now a proud FNB customer and I can confidently say FNB is indeed convenient...Thank you Mpho Raphata ?
