This is feedback and update on the complaint registered.

With the involvement of hellopeter, FNB has since changed their attitude on this matter and have since come back with a proposal. What was worrying is that they come with a proposal that they have not assessed it properly, and when I asked them questions, they could not give answers. We agreed that they’ll go back and provide all the necessary information so that we can discuss the proposal.
