This is affecting me application

Hi Please asssisst me urgently

FNB has placed a risk status on my account for a debt that was written off. i have been transferred from pillar to post to have this sorted out . It is now affecting my application for a bond . I am really not impressed that nobody seems to be able to assist to have this removed off my account

Please assist urgently as I am at the height of a breakdown
