This is actually ridiculous... fnb again, and again and ... again ... urgh

Again without fail FNB does bot deliver.

Nr1 They cant assist me to actually order a credit card on my business account which actually has an account already and again the secure chat is pathetic

N2 Without notification received another fico block on my account on payday ... giving them the benefit of the doubt I leave further complains because they promise to resolve the issue ...

And today I still did not receive any communication from them in sms notification, email or any sort to resolve the issue

FNB is an extremely pathetic business bank.

I probably have 7 business account and that only means I have 7 chances of not getting any service when I actually need anything.

This is pathetic. I actually told the phone call operators that although they speak with sincerity I will probably have to go hello peter fnb business and fnb fica department 5 times tocreceive assistance somewhere in the next 2 weeks.

I wonder how long this will take to resolve

The one phone operator actually told me "sir, I am multi skilled and can assist with a variety of problems" and his next sentence was "i will transfer you"

FNB has no person that can assist with queries, they only transfer between departments
