This excess fee amount looks like FNB is ******** clients through Bank charges.

I checked my balance on the app, and there was money available. We swiped at a retail outlet. Then at the end of the month there were excess bank charges against our account. How the hell can there be excess fees when there was a positive bank balance and the amount was enough to swipe the total amount we bought for? It looks like FNB is syphoning money from clients through unwarranted bank charges. If there isn’t money available in my bank account then why they hell does the FNB app say there is money in the bank account and why doesn’t the atm machine say insufficient funds if there was no money? This is the second time this is happening. We might as well take out business else where, and close that damn account.
