So yesterday I tried to dispute a debit order on the app, I couldn’t, called the call centre and was told system was down the whole day and should be fine by morning, it’s morning and system is still down, unable to go to work because of FNB, not long ago I complained after my card declined at Woolworths, had money in my account, all they could was that it was a national problem,
