This bank is useless!

I upgraded my credit card and transferred funs into my old credit card on the 20th but the money doesn't reflect, I chatted to Owetu on secure cat and she told me to wait until midday the same day, the following day I called spoke to Asanda and she told me that it's because has to be active first. Now I am on the phone wit Palesa but she is having system issues as well, have been put on hold for 10 minutes so not sure what's happening. Palesa called me back and said she will call me back so will await feedback,. There are transactions appearing 3 times on my credit card or twice. I don't know if they do not know how to transfer funds from 1 account to the other. Like this bank is really getting ridiculous...
