This bank is starting to work on my nerves

Hi I dont know why dont you ask us guys when we getting paid not all of us are getting paid on the 14th or closing, i am getting paid on the 27th and we dont close, there will be no money so if debit orders bounces unfortunately i will not pay extra fees on this, just bringing this to your attention. Thank you
