Third review ant probably the 10th attempt at getting Fnb to stop debiting my account and running up reversal charges
This is my third review within less than a month Fnb continues to deduct money from an account that doesn't have any money in. My loan account is being paid by my credit life insurance but they keep on attempting to deduct money this running up my bank charges to date I've been charged R600 in charges for the month.

09 Sept 2020, 11:03Each time u guys send me a reference number but don't contact me to even attempt to sort this issue out I have a long list of ref numbers but yet my issue is not sorted all I get is messages saying I need to pay my overdrawn amount, how is it possible that a institution of ur size cannot sort out a simple complaint like mine. Instead u choose to prolong and drag this issue while my amount owing to u increases weekly.
